I prefer not to follow strict protocols, but of course I use our well developed skills and apply proven techniques like:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Oriented Therapy, Psycho Dynamic Therapy,

ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy),

EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy)




After you contact me you can decide to schedule a first appointment. Then we get together for an intake to explore what kind of support it is you need and what I can offer you. I think it is essential for both parties involved to have faith in the cooperation. So if we agree after this intake, further plans can be made to suit your wishes. Several sessions can be planned, for example once a week, depending on the needs, for a certain period of time (often somewhere between 5 and 10 talks).
